A small number of developments at any one time. We take a position in each of them, which is why we can be direct about what they are and are not.

Residencias Verde

A terraced scheme of three-bedroom homes above the La Cala valley. Cooiman acquired the land in 2024 and leads development, sales and delivery.

A boutique restoration in the historic centre of Estepona, combining the original facade with a fully rebuilt interior structure.

A completed private commission, presented here as realised work rather than an available opportunity.
