What we learned building here
The Costa del Sol rewards patience and punishes assumption. Licences take longer than promised, orientation matters more than square metres, and the difference between two streets can be the difference between a home that holds value and one that does not.
We stopped brokering other people's inventory and started developing our own. That changed how we advise: we now say no to properties we would not buy ourselves, and we can explain exactly why.
Today the team works from Marbella, permanently, in Dutch, English and Spanish. Every client has one point of contact from the first conversation through to the notary.
